According to the Banshees Diary website this concert did not happen as Siouxsie Sioux was taken to an Hospital on 16.10.1979 where she was diagnosed with hepatitis and ancillary ailments. So it's very likely that the Siouxsie and the Banshees concert on 17.10.1979 was cancelled. And as The Cure should be support act for this show their show was of course cancelled too.
