A forgotten concert seems to be the concert that took place on 1-11-1980 in Eijgelshoven (near Kerkrade) in the Socioproject. Folder 2 is opened by Jan Smeets: "We have organised many concerts there at that time, especially Marij Somers, employee Buro Pinkpop, took the initiative. It was an exceptionally beautiful venue. No less than 852 visitors, a budget of 7000 guilders and an entrance fee of 13 guilders. Looking at the picture of a young Robert Smith, Jan states: "You can already see the contours of an artist with an enormous creativity, personality and charisma".
