I have the set list from The Cure's show at Perkins Palace (now called Raymond Palace) on 8 August 1983, in Pasadena, California. I was at the show, and I lifted the list off of Robert Smith's monitor after the show. Unfortunately, I cannot find my ticket stub to help prove the legitimacy of this item. However, if you were at the show, you may recall that Robert Smith's amp blew up mid-set and caused a lengthy delay in the proceedings---for which he apologized at length (I thought he was going to cry!!) The list is written on a deli plate; the wine/food stains are original !!!:
The set list verbatim [my edits in brackets];
Figurehead / In your house / M / Drowning Man / Cold / Hanging garden / Siamese twins / Primary / 3IB [three imaginary boys] / At night / 100 years / I lay / Train [Jumping someone else's...] / Forest /
Porn [ography]
NOG. [I do not to what this refers; my memory of the show is that Pornography was the last song]

facebook.com[...] My favorite band at the pinnacle of the period that speaks to me, and did so much as a 15 year old then figuring out his place in the world. I know a lot of my friends have seen (and are surely tired of) the image of when I got on stage with Robert Smith at this concert, taken by no other than my best friend Scrojo, aka Craig Haskett, but prior to that last shot in my Vivitar 110, I captured some great images that I wanted to share here. The only images of that concert I think that are out there. The first of the two images of Laurence (Lol) Tolhurst behind the keyboards are a couple of several where he appeared appropriately morose along to the music, but Craig and I kept yelling at him to smile as we were right under him, and the second image you see of him here, we got him to crack a bit...just before I got up on stage, nicked his sweaty towel, and stood next to Robert for what seemed an eternity before I saw the flash go off, ending the roll of film. I grabbed the camera from Craig and ran out the side door of the theater and out front to see my mom double parked in front of Perkins, engine off waiting for us, watching security thump on a rowdy guy - probably why I got up on stage and off unscathed. Leaving my valuable booty in the car, I went right back in to the theater, tapped on Craig's shoulder to get going, but saw a gap between the speakers and side stage...and, well then we snuck backstage to see a few more songs before getting found out and kicked out....a story for another time. [...] And, yes, of course I still have Lol's towel!
