This show is often mislabelled as '1984-11-15 Washington - Merriweather Post Pavilion' or '1984-11-16 Columbia - Merriweather Post Pavilion'. But both are wrong!
The Merriweather Post Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheater. Very unlikely that it was used for a concert in cold November!
