... that was at Birmingham NEC 20th September 1985 (as you have listed) with my girlfriend, where the acoustics were dreadful in what amounted to a metal shed, and we were sat so far from the stage that binoculars were required. The band and the crowd were very different too and I decided that would be the last time I would bother to see them live, which indeed it was.
