On 26 October 2023, it was announced that this concert would not take place in the Estadio Nacional as originally planned, but had been moved to the Estadio San Marcos.

The South American qualifying match for the 2026 FIFA World Cup between Peru and Venezuela had been scheduled for 21 November at the Estadio Nacional in Lima. The Cure concert therefore had to be moved to Estadio San Marcos.
