This concert was supposed to take place at Corona Park in Flushing Meadows, Queens, but was moved to Nassau Coliseum. Maybe because of the bad weather?

An article in the Australian Juke Magazine from 20 June 1992 states that The Cure would film their last concert of the US tour, which was to take place outdoors in New York. So it seems that at an early stage there was an idea to film the concert on 23 July 1992 in New York - Flushing Meadows Corona Park instead of the two concerts in Auburn Hills on 18 and 19 July.
The New York concert was later moved to Uniondale at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
